    Howdy! I'm Char, or Cammio :D

    I joined this community in the hopes of making new friends to play games with. I don't know many people who play pokémon games, and the ones I do are uber-competetive, which isn't great because they tend to be a little over-the-top about EV training and stuff. I am a little more casual but I am still sort of a pokémaniac :) I would love to make some friends to have casual practice battles with, and do a few trades with also :)

    Please feel free to add my DS friend code (also, since I am used to playing on my emulator, I don't know what other stuff you need to add me, so just ask :D)

    Also, set my heart on pokémon X (which is apparently to be released around my birthday, YAY!) I also decided that Chespin will be my starter already :D My friend and me will no doubt be waiting outside the game shop at midnight cosplaying when it's released (with our 3DS in our bags, so we can play it on the way home) :D

    I tend to use poképuns when the mood takes me, and it can be a little annoying, but I gothitelle ya, I love it. I dewott for my own amusement, if it amuses you, all the better!

    Heya Char, welcome to PC! ^^ Great to meet you!

    A forum community is a wonderful option if you're looking to play with other fans; there's a huge variety of people here, including those who aren't too competitive! You'll definitely run into them around here and I recommend the Battle Center as it's a great place to battle with other fans and participate in fun tourneys. I'm sure you'll like it there. :D And of course there's also our Trade Corner for all your trade-related needs - check it out! Do you battle through WiFi or battle servers like Pokemon Online or Showdown? PC mostly uses its PS server for battles and tourneys and it's a really fun place to chat in (has some really cool people, yep), so make sure to check out the server information if you're interested! Perhaps we can battle there sometime. <3;

    And yesss X and Y look so good omg. This might be the only Pokemon game that I pre-order or reserve for myself since I totally need it on the day it comes out. Can't wait to see the starter evolutions, Chespin has the most potential to look awesome in my eyes! He's super adorable~ and haha, your dewott pun gave me a good chuckle, to be honest I've rarely heard any Pokemon puns. The only one I remember is the "Raichu a love song" (?)" one. XD;

    This is a great site to find and play with PKMN fans, like Cirno said.
    Also like Cirno said, check out the Battle Center here for battles, whether you want competitive or non-competitive. I'm personally not a battler, im more of a breeder, but i could but up a decent fight if you'd like to battle.

    Anyway, Check out the other forums and see what you like! and i hope to talk/see you around.
     
    Welcome to the pokecommunity Cammio! If you want someone to battle with, you can ask me. I'm always up for a good challenge (: I also consider myself a casual battler although I've EV trained before. I also breed pokemon so if you ever need a pokemon with certain stats, you can always come to me. As for pokemon X and Y, I think I'm going to go with Fennekin, it's sooo freaking cute! Anyways, I'm looking forward to battling with you!

    For Pokemon Y, I plan to pick Froakie ! Whats more awesome than a Water toad, perhaps some form of ghost Pokemon =p ?
    I'm not a huge fan of Chespin, but perhaps the Pokemon may grow on me in time after release !
