Hey new to TCG and I'm trying to get into

    Hey guys I recently got into Pokemon, as in a week ago, got a structure deck and tried playing at cities with it and that was not a good idea lol. So I have some newer cards that I want to work in a deck, I have a Charizard sp and lvl x card and I want to make a deck with those cards any suggestion for cards?
     
    This not being an actual deck of cards, but more so just individual cards you own doesn't belong in the TCG Deck Reviewing sub-forum. I moved it to the main board instead for further suggestions on your future deck-to-be.
     
    If you've decided you want to make a charizard sp deck, you will need 3 copies of the charizard sp and one copy of the level X (totaling 4, the max number of cards with the same name you are allowed in your deck). This ensures that you draw into one, and you will have the opportunity to set up more on your bench for when the first one goes down. SP decks are a little easier to build because they have a core engine printed just for them, and it looks like this:
    4 cyrus' conspiracy
    3 power spray
    4 team galactic's invention poketurn
    4 sp radar
    1/2 aaron's collection
    3 team galactic's invention energy gain

    This is what I suggest you start with, and add in other cards you have that allow you to search your deck for stuff (like luxury ball and bebe's search), and aim for about 11 energy. Mostly, just try lots of different cards and test it against different decks to see how it matches up.
