    i was looking around on YouTube and came across someone who had a video from a game called Pokemon Quartz. well, on the video, whoever it was referred to this site as to where they got the hacked game from. so, here i am. hello everyone! ok, so... with the files that are .ips, is there an emulator that they can be opened under? or are they even roms? and if not, then where can the hacked games be located?

    hey there auron. thanks a lot. i'm hoping to put together a team. i have a good idea for a new hack, but right now i don't have the patience to learn scripting (though i'm sure its not that hard, lol). i'm doing a little bit of self teaching with advance maps right now.

    I'm fairly new myself, and we are alike in that we both spend most of our time in the rom hacking forum :D
    sorry, I won't be able to help you with it, for I am not quite program savvy enough to hack, but I'd be happy to beta test for you if/when you manage to put together some people and get a good hack going :)
