If you love Electric types, you can probably find a good group for them in the Pokémon groups section. If not, you can make your own, but be sure to read the rules in that section first :)

Hey there and welcome! So your an electric fan huh... So am I! I always loved the electric types. (Pikachu being my favourite :P) Im sure you can find a group of electric fans like yourself and even find other things you may find interesting on the PC forums. Hmm... Groups? I think you might find one in the Pokémon Groups subforum! Do also check out other groups in there, too! And the other subforums - don't forget them, too, since they do exist. ^.^
