Well my platinum guide is like 600+ pages (HOLY COW!) so i think they could add Kanto as well. i also have the old gold/silver guide its only 150 pages max.

And lol , you mean that THE PLATINUM GUIDE IS 600 PAGES LONG ??? OMGWTF is Nintendo mad ?
Also I searched the Internet but there isn't many guide-pics . :(
 
I hope that we'll get a guide similar to the Versus G/S Collectors Guide, it had all the information you would need, like team rosters of all the trainers and the like.
 
I see you posted the Johto E4 and Leaders, but is there new artwork/renders for the Kanto leaders and E4? Mostly, I just wanna see Green's ^^.

Makes sense seeing how there are 4 Johto guides. But somethings come off as odd:
Azelf and Phione? THE HELL? I mean sure they could be random Pokemon but this seems to have everything Post E4.
Both the Lati's appear so I guess the quest for the Enigma crystal will be solved.
I hope something is said for the rock capsule.

Doubt it, official guides rarely touch on items that aren't legally available.
Heck, I'd be surprised if they actually touched on the Broken Radio.

So, Shogakukan et al... when would we be getting a compiled, complete guide?
Like the phonebook they released for Platinum?

It probably comes off as just random Pokémon appearing on the cover of the first guide. If you look you'll see a dozen other Pokémon such as Beautifly and more there, but they have no importance the game as the others would. So, I'd expect them to just be randomly placed on the cover rather than having any importance the the game.

This is the completed guide, all four books. There won't be one specific book for the game this time around like what was done for previous games such as Platinum. It is covering both regions of the game seperately as well as the different aspects of the game included.
 
Nice, that art looks really cool. Still not loving the eye style on a lot of them, but apart from that, they look really good.
 
The Kanto artwork for the Gym Leaders are really well done. The ones that stand out the most for me would be Green, Sabrina, and Lt. Surge. I like their new look, posture, and compared to their original, it's a great improvement. Sabrina's new look is out stands out the most though, but I can say she changed for the better, making her look a lot stronger than before.

I don't think I can really say anything bad that I don't like to be honest. I'm sure with a clearer image later on I'll be able to see things with full detail, but for now, no complaints yet.
