[Other] HGSS - How can I edit the Pokethelon shop to give access to every item it has before getting the National Dex?

    and preferably remove the Full Restore from the items there in the process so players can't grind those for free as soon as they beat Whitney. I just want all the evolution items like dusk stones and dragon scales to be accessible as soon as the player gets there. I'm pretty sure I can do it with the script editor in spiky's ds map editor, but I'm really new to HG hacking and script editing in general so I'd appreciate if someone could explain it like I'm five ^^;;
