looked at the bottom( E.G.):

Then u try refreshing it
Heres the steps
1)Top left corner thats QUICK LINKS click it
and u have a dropbox, to edit avatar.
2)scroll down and u will see custom avatar.
3)see this sentance Upload an Avatar From Your Computer
u will get it lol

Get a custom Avatar, first of all make one or find the image make sure its within the size limets for PC (130by130), and save your file,

^go there^ scroll down and brouze for your file then click upload!
