Mebbe. Has the dragonite been touched at all aside from the slight movepool change? Any exp/EVs/etc.?

And nope, hence the "UT" :) I'm not sure it's possible to have a legally EV'd arceus; all arceus events distributed came at lv. 100, other than Hall of Origin which is inaccessible without hacking Azure Flute into the game :3

Ahh ok. I didn't know that. I thought they came at level 50 like some other pokemon do. I'll think about it.
