Hi, I'm coolguy43. I was introduced to Pokemon when I was 6 years old by my older brother. (Who is Blaziken15) My favorite Pokemon is Sceptile but my favorite type is Dragon. I like the Kanto region and my favorite Pokemon game is Pokemon FireRed. I really don't like the 4th generation because the graphics are 3D and I really don't think that captures the Pokemon feel. I always fight with my brother about the 4th generation because he likes it and I don't. I will probably be looking around the advanced generation forums or bashing the 4th generation. :)

Hey~! I'm new too. I just signed up today. I never relized how many people started pokemon at such a young age. :O I like the fourth generation, but I agree, it doesn't have the same feel to it, but I am used to it and I think it's nice Pokemon is moving forward. We should hang out sometime.

As long as you don't bash on Volbeat or Exeggutor, then I'm fine with it. Have fun bashing on the worst generation there was, except for Snowpoint City. That place seemed so magical back in the day, especially on that special day when crystal snowflakes were meant to fall if you visited that area that day. I think it's just a rumour, but I'll let you decide. :) Welcome to PC!
I think it's cool that you have actual relatives on this site. I don't have any, but I guess that could be a good thing I suppose. It'd be creepy talking about an online Pokemon forum with other people in real life, but if you're cool with it, then I suppose it's fine by me. XD; My favourite game is probably Gold and Silver, since they were the first Pokemon games I had when I was like, 6 years old. I remember getting the first four badges in Silver in two days, and I was pretty impressed about that. I also remember in one of those games beating the last four gym leaders and Red all in one day, then forgetting to save it, so I'd have to do it all over again. It was terrible, but meh. :) I never really was a fan of FireRed/LeafGreen. Something about those graphics annoyed me, and I didn't know what it was. It was quite odd indeed, but I still played it and enjoyed it. I also have two copies of LeafGreen somehow, and I don't know why. My first conclusion was accidentally taking someone elses, but everyone I knew who had the game still had their copy, so it was quite odd. :/
