With pcl coming soon i wanted to get back into the scene. I couldn't really get what the current meta is all about since i feel like it is going through quite a few changes and isn't quite as stable to form a proper view of it. nevertheless i wanted to make a team, and would like help in the form of team help or with the meta in general.

To know what people use more now, i went through some of the rmt's on smog as well as the viability rankings and saw that zard x and physical psychics were seeing a lot of usage. i knew i wanted to a team that can stand tall to them but at the same time not be very passive. My play style has always been kinda inclined to bulky-ish offense, i like to be able to switch often while still being able to be on the offensive. Last season i spammed the e-speed team because it kinda suited me very well and i enjoyed using that team.
Swords dance gliscor is the first thing that came to my mind, its defensive utility allows it to stay in long battles and sd allows it to not be set up bait. One of the main reason i started with him is because it helped me check zard's, well atleast let me stay in safely with the help of roost to confirm what mega zard it is. This combined with mega bro felt like i could take on most physical attackers i could think of.
The next problem i felt was electrics like manectric/thundu/raikou, who all are quite threatening right now, so i added heatran that also gave me a nice rock setter (looking at you sab >>), and the first two mons also had good synergy with it. Next i wanted to add a grass mon that can deal with manaphy/keldeo and other waters in general and also complete the fire-water-grass trio.
I did not want to add celebi here, because well i dont really like it, it need np to do anything and well i just dont feel like its worth it. breloom was a cool option since gliscor and bro did work against things that threatened it, but the problem i felt with it is, it wouldn't do what i want it to, its quite frail and wont be able to help against keld or mana, roserade felt like a nice option but ultimately went with serperior, i remembered someone using vest with it, and wasnt quite sure if i should use it or not. Vest serp could potentially be great in switching in to keld/mana. And it had giga drain for recovery, and its not like its gonna miss miracle seed or w/e people use due to contrary. life orb would just wear it down too quickly imo. so i stuck with ass vest.
Hoopa is something i thought quite a lot about, but i just coudnt figure out how i could handle it safely, and i just settled at playing around it.
now i knew i needed some sort of hazard control, a stall breaker, something that could help me nuke the opposition also seemed nice. Lati with eq was also a potential problem since tran was the only one who could take on draco meteors, i also thought about investing on some spdef ev's on bro for lati, so it could potentially stall out the draco's with its recovery.
i also needed speed, since the team apart from like serp seemed quite slow, scarf hoopa seemed like a good option but i am quite unsure about how it would work with the rest of the team.
Klef+hoopa seemed like a good combo for the last two slots, since klefk also brought in thunder wave to help hoopa to dish out pain to those faster pokes, while the rest of the team already dealt with faster grounds or electrics well, but this meant on losing out on hazard control which could make hazard stacking full stall quite a problem. i could change bro for starmie but that would mean losing out a lot of defensive prowess mega bro brought in. So i stayed with bro, since i could still do w/o hazard control by applying offensive pressure on the opponent and maybe the taunt on tran could help lol.

    Spoiler:

i have already written about why i chose the following mons, so i shall just write something about their sets.

    Gliscor-
All the swords dance sets i have seen used spdef ev's, i wanted this thing to able to check things like mega meta or zard x or even a physical hoopa, so i went with a physically defensive set. everything else is pretty standard.

    Slowbro-
I previously wanted to just use slowbro and not its mega evo and instead have a fast mega evolution, but i fell mega bro can still put in work and is a really nice win con, thunderwave also gives me really good utility and makes hoopa's life easier. the ev's allow it to take on keld initially better(avoids 2hoko from specs pump after rocks), can take a draco meteor from lati@s, while also being my check to metagross, lop etc

    Heatran-
The specially defensive set provided good utility and allowed me to take on thundu/gengar etc better than those faster/ more offensive variants, this also allowed me to spread status and gave me utility in taunt.

    Serperior-
For reasons stated before, i am using an assault vest this. Hidden power ground because i feel most serp's now use hidden power fire which make the opponent hesitate in bringing a scizor in front of it, and lures in heatran nicely.

    Klefki-
This mon allows me to cock block chomp and help against most dragons, helps spreading paralysis and spikes, this helps hoopa a lot to wall break or sweep later on. pretty standard set really, nothing much to say, the ev's allow it to handle diancie, electrics not named manetric while also able to thunderwave to metagross without being killed by eq or meteor mash.

    Hoopa-
This thing is probably the weirdest mon i have ever come across, while it has everything to be very dangerous, it doesnt seem to be able to do what its supposed to due to its lack of bulk and speed. nevertheless i wanted to try out this mon, gunk shot beats fairies and everthing else helps in breaking well.

well thats it, i didnt have much time to write this up because of my exams but w/e lol.
    uhhh help? i guess?

I suggest you change those SpA EVs on your Heatran to Sp. Def EVs since you are using a defensive moveset.
Your Gliscor should have 180 HP EVs since that is divisible by 8.
I recommend making your Klefki fully Specially Defensive.
You have no Mega Charizard Y switchins, all of your pokemon get OHKO'd by Char-Y after Stealth Rock damage with high rolls.
Besides that, I can not think of any major threats.
You could make your Hoopa-Unbound Scarf to deal with the low speed your team has. You are really dependent on Klefki to cripple things such as Rain, Gengar, Charizard-Y, etc.

The only things i can see that immediately jump out at me as an issue is Zard-Y and hazard stacking teams. Id look into hazard control tbh.

As for Zard-Y you cant touch it like at all lol. Id def look into putting a rock move on tran and HP Rock on serp so you can actually do something to it.
