Hidden Power Help and Hp help

    Ok, so everybody around here is talking about hidden power and the differnet types it could have. Waht is up with this??

    Like someone mentions in their moveset, Ice Hidden Power.

    Also, some people talk about Raock Hp or Ground Hp.

    What are these things, do they exist, and how to I get them if they do?
     
    well.. for hidden power I know that, the move hidden powers attack and type varies depending on the type (and pokemon i think) of pokemon using it. now about the ground hp... I don;t know.
     
    HP type and power is strictly dependant on the IVs. Good luck with it.
     
    yea... if you get a good one... it is extremely worth it and can be deadly....

    my starter empoleon had HP Grass... which really came in handy on the elite 4.... bye bye Gastrodon and QuagMire.
     
    It took me 5 frickin months, but I got a Vileplume with HP ICE. A dragon killer.


    By the way, HP is short for Hidden Power.

    Also if your breeding Hp you need to be so lucky with the ivs. It took me 4 months to get a Hp ice jolteon and nothing. What im saying is prepare to be disappointed when you cant get the one you want.

    ....Or you could just use Grass Knot.

    It depends on the Ivs of a pokemon LOOK AT THE REST OF THE THREAD!

    For example a untouched feebas at level 20 have the defense stat ranging from 14-20 with Bold Nature

    14 = 0 Iv in defense
    20 = 31 iv in defense

    same goes with the rest of their stats, they have a lower extremity and an upper extremity.


    The pokemons Ivs have to be corresponding to the type of Hidden power your pokemon will get in all their stats . You will have to find out which Iv you need to get the Hidden power you want.


    For example a feebas may have to get this for hidden power electric

    HP - 30 Ivs
    ATT -3 Ivs
    DEF- 27 Ivs
    SP.ATT - 31 IVS
    SP.DEF - 31 IVS
    SPEED 15 IVS

    Thats just an example and is different for each pokemon.


    Its hard to explain, anyone want to add on to this ?

    lol , ok I am sure he figured it out by now with the calculator and the Iv definition (which by the way serebii rocks at doing.) So cam everyone just stop fighting and get along.
