4th Gen highest win streak battle tower

Mine is 60 right now, I just got there recently. Battle Tower is just a huge luck fest; Quick Claw works like five times in a row for the computer, and Focus Band kicks in every time.

I like to lead with Gengar, and I have Infernape and Garchomp on the bench. Sometimes I switch out Ape for Suicune, depending on how I feel.

Oh my god, you people and your cheapskate gengars... And I've had that same luck! And it took me like 5 hits to kill a haunter with focus band because it wouldn't die... 1 HP for quite some time...

My highest streak is somewhere in the 40s. I always lose to a Scizor, Pinsir, or some pokemon that uses Guillotine or Fissure. Unfortunately, it depends a lot on luck; once my opponent got 3 critical hits in a row, caused my pokemon to flinch, and pretty much wiped out my team. Personally, I think Dusclops with its Toxic, Protect, and Double Team is really annoying. I hate it when my opponents use Protect, it ends up wasting my pp and my time. I didn't EV train my pokemon though, so I guess if I EV train my team, my streak should get better, but EV training takes up so much time.

meh. on my diamond it took me like a moth 2 finally get max bp and win streak in doubles. i got 9999 wins but hacked the singles to 9999 as well. then i resterated the singles and got to like, uhm, 200. Tyranitar, Blissey and Alakazam own the rest and u guys all know it.

I've only hit a flat 100 wins, which is actually pretty cool seeing that it took me forever; used SpecsMence, MixPert, and SD Sash Lucario. My new team is Sweeper Starmie, MixApe, and defensive Metagross (on hold at 56), but I'm going to remove Starmie for something that can hit ghosts better.

the highest i've gotten was like 89 i lost by a weavile ice shard lulz cuz my ninjask was at 1 hp -.-

It's really helpful... If no one uses Taunt to me...

I use a SpecsMense in the Double Battle section, and a Metagross there too. I should try using a Lucario in BT.
