Back in the 1st generation, Hitmonchan was the best and it will stay the best ever out of the three. It is the best ever because it has the best moveset and has the best fighting moves, second to Machamps at least.
 
None of them, really.

Actually, I don't like fighting types at all. But if I had to choose, it would be Hitting Monster the Jackie Chan. Hitmonchan.
 
I would probably choose Hitmonlee out of the trio just because of how lucky I could perform my battles with him.
