Yeah, this IP matches with the Ochigi, you two post in the same threads, and both accounts post in nearly the same manner. I don't know too many people who don't put a space after punctuation and only use two dots in their ellipsis. I'm... thinkin' you're the same person.
No rule against having alternate accounts, but pretending to be new with 'em is kind of a no-no.
