This isn't really something I want to do, but I just want somebody to make this.
Cut = Machete
Fly = ( Just adds fly ability to pokemon who can learn it)
Surf = Surfboard
Strength = PowerBracelet
Flash = Safety Light
Rock Smash = BoxingGloves
Waterfall = Surfboard (same item)
(Gym Badges I feel should be needed to use them.)
I don't know what to do with the HM's themselves, maybe just remove them and make some of them TM's?
