4th Gen Hm Strength.... ASAP HELP

Where do you find the HM strength? i'm at mnt. coronet and i can't get through because... hmmm i need strength Hm i went through pokemon dream's whole walkthrough. I would like to know how to get Strength! Where is it at?
answer ASAP!

I don't have a diamond walkthrough book, because im not paying 20$ over the internet, and theres no stores near my house that actually sell it.


I have diamond if you didn't get my hint. ;)

The HM for Strength is in the top floor of the Lost Tower, if I recall correctly. The Lost Tower is in Route 209 :)
