can the psybird be white and blue?

1) Suicune Pre-evo
2) Grass starter
(Kanena Morspeed, choose one of those for me to do, all of tose are too much to do at once.)
3) Girafarig Pre-evo/Evo
4) Blue/white psy bird
5) Latios Pre-evo
6)Latias Pre-evo

Then just do the first one, Evogon, the Normal/Dragon, and I'll make the evolutions myself.
 
once your done with the bird that your working on can i adop that too?

Whee, ancient pixelart of Quadranti. I kinda like the pose, but the legs bother me somehow, and the wings seem to... well... paperlike... and the tail outline and body outline and the glowy aura thingy... yeh.
