I stepped onto the dock, heading directly for the doors. I cut through the other first-years milling about, neither enjoying or desiring their company. After looking around for a moment to make sure no one seemed too intrested in sharing my company, I leaned back against the stone wall next to the door.

I finally reached the gigantic castle. Amazed by how big Hogwarts was, I almost fell to the water. I walked with the other students, and waited for someone to let us in. I decided to meet new people meanwhile that. I saw someone not too far away from the group. I walked near him and tried to meet him, "Hi!" I told the boy.

ooc: not to make the same mistake... that boy is you Raichu Master

I walked past all the other students to the frount gate. My head hurt so I took a breath once I made it there. I stared at all the other people around me. I saw a couple of them on the train.

Nianala's eyes flew around, taking in the different faces of those who could end up becoming her dorm-mates, and those who would be her classmates. There were so many people, it seemed almost overwhelming. Walking off to the side so as not to be squished, Nianala chose a spot and stood there, still watching people.

The castle looks even bigger up close....I thought as I touched one of the walls.
I began looking around, not exactly sure for what or who, but I did it nontheless. When I had spotted him, I just looked at him a bit. He was always alone, and for some reason, I had to know why. Noticing I was staring, I quickly turned away and walked back on over to the main gate.

I wonder what his deal is....

OOC: The him is The Adamant Dodger.

It.....its so big.... Saphira thought, only dreaming of what could be inside. The castle towered over the students, and Saphira felt small and helpless at the moment. She stayed to the back of the crowd, wanting to be alone.

"Hello," Hazen yelled over the chatter. "What's your na-" he said but he was interupted as a woman appeared as the door opened.

Announcing that she was Professor Mcganigal (never could spell her name...someone help) and then led everyone to the Great Hall.

Taking a seat at the front of the room, Hazen sat down quietly looking at the splendor and magic all around him. And at the white bearded man in the center of the teachers tables.

[OOC: McGonagall, Rai-Rai~ =3]

As she reached the dock, Rin-Rin hastily hopped off the boat and rushed to massive doors just near her. She scanned the castle, astonished at its really colossal structure~and she thought it woulddn't get any bigger.

She averted her gaze at the castle, her attention focused at the woman whom introduced herself as Professor Minerva McGonagall. She led them inside, to what she called was the Great Hall, and seated them in the front part of the room.

Rin-Rin, her teeming exhilaration still within her, glanced at the four separated tables. Being a child born with the tiniest bit of a wizard and witch's blood, she never got a chance to learn more about witchcraft and everything related to it.

After Professor McGonagall's introduction, I felt relieved in a way. I would now officially start my Hogwarts life. What a relief.
I looked around once more, and when I found what I was looking for, I walked in. Most of the first years were already inside, and were already being seated in this room, and I was one of the last ones in. So I sat, as close to the door as possible, and waited.

The professor McGonagall interrupted all the students with their chats with another students, mainly I think because her voice made an echo within the walls of Hogwarts. She led us to the Great Hall, and I was amazed when I saw it. It was incredibly giant, and the magical roof that showed the sky, and those floating candles to light the room. She sit us in the front of the hall, and I couldn't wait anymore, I just wanted to start the classes, and of course, if I couldn't, at least see all the games of Quidditch there. Then, I saw a man with a large and and white, almost gray, beard sitting down in the middle of the teachers table.

I followed close behind the witch staring at her strict appearence. I felt slightly intimadated she seemed almost angry. Once I got into the school I could not help but star at the ceiling it was so pretty. I felt calm and relaxed once I saw the stars.

Professor McGonagall then hussed the crowd down and said loudly, "Time for the sorting!" Then she began calling out names alphabetically.

Hazen sighed in relief, since his name was at the end of the alphabet. "Guess I have to go sometime though..." He mumbled under his breath.

At her announcement of the sorting, mixed expressions filled all of us. Some were happy to know where they would be the next few years, and others just worried.

Myself, I was a bit of both. I really wanted to be sorted into Ravenclaw, but it wasn't up to me. Besides, I'd have to wait for a bit, since Merquisse is about halfway through the alphabet...
