Okies. I know this is way early but I hope no body minds if I post the discussion thread a little early.

Okies. Here you can discuss the last Battle Frountier episode and the reunion with Gary!!!!! In Home is Where the Start Is.

    Rate and discuss away!!!

    My review will come later.

I think a little too much happened in this episode. The contest ended, May and Max left, Ash and Brock returned to their Cities, Gary and Ash battled, and then finally Ash left for Sinnoh.

I wish they could have just split it up. Oh well.

I also agree Max and May left too early they should have left at the end of the episode. Also Ash leaving to shinou way too early. The should have ended the Battle Frontier season in another episode or 2. but other than that, it was a good episode

I was kind of upset that they didn't play the "Gotta Catch'em All" remix during the Ash and Gary battle. The original Japanese version played a remix of the first opening theme... whatever its name was. I thought that they would have done the same for the US version playing our first theme and, the one that everyone knows. But oh well. Can't wait for Diamond and Pearl(r) to come out with Hikari, or Mimi or Megumi or whatever her M dubbed name is.

I think May and Max's leaving was really rushed. ;; There wasn't hardly anything sad there, like with Misty. Odd. Not to mention that so much happen in one episode, like Queen Boo and Prince Gryph said. >>; Should've been two episodes, not one. And then we had the horror of Tracey's new voice. *bleh* I want his old one back. D: It was nice to see Electivire, though. I do like that pokemon. So yay. One good thing. Nope..wait...Gary was there! <33 Everyone loves Gary. :D Can't wait until DP and we get to finally see Hikari here in the States....hopefully she has a nice voice and dub name. D:

This episode was okay, I guess. As others above me have stated, not much happened, really, which was a bit of a shame. I'm glad (and this may be the only time I say it, seeing as I'm not at all a fan of his) Gary had a cameo and returned with his original va. Can't wait till the next episode, though. Let's just hope Hikari/Whatever her dub name will be gets a good voice actor that is NOT Michele Knotz (who seems to voice every female character in the series XD).

    GRAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have never notice that all the main girl character names start with a m. That is so strange. I guess a thread should be made to guess the name of Hikari then. Teeheehee

Well like others have said, this episode was a bit too short. I think it should have been made into two episodes. Still maybe it would have been better this way because at the moment I can't think of any way how this episode could have been cut into two episodes. I mean I guess that why this episode was only one but still it is just the idea that it was a bit too rush.

The May and Max leaving this could have been done better. I mean it was just. They got on the ship. Then they say they will eat Brock's lunch and walk into the ship thus ending their show time No quick flashback of their times together or anything compare to the Jotho ending where Brock, Ash and Misty split up. So much could be done but wasn't. Sigh. I did like how upset Max was when he heard the news about the end of their travels.

Team Rocket. Teeheehee. That was just great. "Even more chances for our mess ups!!!" That was just great. That is the Team Rocket sprit that we had around the end of the Advance Battle. That talk in the balloon was just great.

GRAY!!!! I am so happy that he was back. He looks SO GOOD in black!!! Why hasn't he ever wore black before!!! SO CUTE!!!! Gray Gray!!! He's our man!!! If he can't do it then nobody can!!!!

Okies. I am ok now. Teeheehee. Well this was a good battle but eletric verus eletric. Intresting. The battle was great but kinda like a repeat from when Ash battle Gray after the Orange Island Championships. I mean there was even a small hint of Ash on a small ego trip from his victory of the Battle Frontier. I mean it wasn't as bad as the few he had like after the Orange Islands and after the 7th gym win but still there was a small hint. Still it showed that Ash has mature as a person because unlike the other times when he lost after an ego trip he didn't pout or anything. That is a good thing.

Well another saga down and another to come. We had some good time and even an ending with the super cute Gray!!!! I have to say that the Battle Frontier has to be one of the best sagas ever and was glad we were able to watch it. Now we going to enter a brand new saga!!! Just can't wait.

    Sinnoh here we come!!!

    Tracy's voice was horrible.
Max/May's departure and Ash's departure to Sinnoh seemed really rushed.
I liked the scene where Brock left, though.

The only bit I liked in that episode was Ash and Garys fight.

To be honest, I think as the later the Pokemon series has gotten on, the nicer each character has got. Remember how mean Charizard and Gary was? Thats what I miss, but I hear Ash's new rival is even bitter than Gary.

    Rating on episode:

    6/10

May went off to Johto... and Drew is in Johto.

    ( In your face Advanceshipping!! Hahaha! ... >> )

...Anyhoo.. In my opinion this episode could've been made into two episodes, because like other people said, I thought everything happened too fast. It should've been more spread out, it was like they were rushing to conclude things. A little sloppy if you ask me.

I thought the same thing awhile back when I saw it in Japanese, I was alittle dissapointed.

But I still liked it, and I can't to see the D/P dub. x3 Hopefully Hikari will have a good voice.
