I Rare Candied Charmander and Eevee to level 20.

HP / ATK / DEF / SpA / SpD / Spe

Charmander: 7-11 / 11-15 / 19-23 / 5-14 / 0-4 / 30-31
Eevee: 20-24 / 10-14 / 15-19 / 0-4 / 20-24 / 5-9
Cresselia: 26-27 / 28-29 / 24-25 / 22-23 / 28-29 / 28-29

Charmander's IVs were taken at Level 20, and it had not evolved to Charmeleon.
Eevee's IVs were taken at Level 20.
Cresselia's IVs were taken at Level 50.

No, the Attack / Speed / HP are all the same, but the Defenses vary from 20-28. I just didn't feel like going through and typing out each of their IV spreads.

I couldn't find the shiny manaphy. I'll get the bagon's iv's in a minuite, I have to put it in the BT to get better iv results.

edit: I'll have to get a iv battle to determine its iv's.
 
Sorry about the wait, I had to use it on PBR to determine the iv's.
