There can be Wurmples, these honey comb things that I can't remember the name of, Aipoms, and the Pokemon I'm searching for now, Munchlax. Its only a 1/33 chance you'll get one though.
Yeah, you put the honey on the tree, and then return about 12 hours later roughly, and click on the tree and a pokemon will appear. (Like it would if you were walking threw the grass)
You have to wait 8-12 hours after putting honey on the tree, when you return, the tree should be shaking, save beforehand (be smart ^.~) and click the tree. The pokemon will always be the same in that tree for that honey, but gender and natures can change if you soft reset XD
If you however change the DS clock ahead 8-12 hours, you are forced to wait some more :/
Check out the pokedex guide on Gamefaqs... it has a list of where you can see all the pokemon ^^; none are honey tree specific, they're all held by at least 1 trainer up til the champion (who has like 3 of them you're probably missing if you haven't done E4 yet)
It probably does matter which tree. I've heard the trees that are harder to get to have a better chance of wielding the rarer Honey Pokémon. I've managed to find everything except Aipom and Munchlax in the easy to find trees, though, so that's not necessarily the case, but you might wanna keep it in mind. :x
All i've seen so far is Wurmple...what luck. Was wondering if anyone has a thought on the use of many honey on one tree...does it increase chances to get rarer pokemon like munchlax or is it there for us to just waste our honey? Well I wouldn't think it would work like that...but why is it in the game? Any ideas?
