I agree that guy avdertise 4 times.That guy is going to be banned on the spot soon.

I know there are no s mods or anybody higher that can ban him online right now.

Yes, hopefully an Admin, S-mod or a Praetor can log on soon. We'll have to wait though for another Staff member that is capable of banning to show up.
