Alpha 2 is to be released tomorrow...
I resized and indexed that ripped Roark sprite T_T It took a while, but I did it. And the overworlds of him are from 874521. The Regirock overworld I ripped from Ruby.
(Note: the ripped Roark sprite didn't need credit)

Attention everyone:

Because of this serious bug (look at first post), I decided not to take a chance and release Alpha 2. It's up to Crescent Village. The gym and cave aren't finished yet in that place, but you can catch Rotom in that mansion. And another optional thing is catching Regirock. Anyways, have fun. And I hope this bug doesn't continue.

Alright, some of them are bugs, some are just oddites.

1.) If you talk to it, it seems to freeze. You can get out, it just feels like it's freezing.

2.) This guy says Mt.Moon. Probably not a priority, just informing you.

3.) The town map in front of this Poke Center freezes your game. It just goes black.

4.) This is where you end up when you leave the house.

5.) You see this house? Once you go in and leave, you end up in front of the house I showed in screen-shot four.

I fixed the warps already, and I didn't change anything in the PokeCenter(s). And Jigglypuff playes a song I think. =\ And I messed with unLZ-GBA a little, so the map may freeze.

You get Regirock through an event in the game.

What does it say exactly? You can search Youtube. All you have to di is Apply Path File > Choose Alpha 2 IPS > Choose CLEAN Fire Red ROM > There ye go. ^^
