In pokemon leaf green inside the house with the old lady and boxes blocking a door and a house in emerald with an old man and trees blocking the door what is behind the doors?

The Sootopolis door is an e-Reader event. You need an e-Reader to access it, but they're pretty much extinct, so that door really serves no purpose.

And so is the house in Seven island in Fire Red. So yeah, unless you have an e-reader, they have no real use.
