    You get waht I'm asking from the title (It's just out of curiosity) :)
     
    I can infer that they are chosen depending on their efforts, the time spent in the forum, and the knowledge of the topic.

    A. When we need moderators, we'll generally look for people we believe both want to and will do a good job in the area we think needs moderating. Please don't request it, we'll come to you. The best thing you can do is be polite, read all the rules and follow them, and just be a good member.

    That's how, but the FAQ title says "Read before posting a question" I suggest you do that before starting a thread again as it's clear you did not.

    Also, asking dramatically decreases your chances of becoming one.

    This can be found in frequently asked questions, and a thread shouldn't be made for it.
     
    Well sweeties, it's quite simple and peachy. First we print out a list of all the members of PC that are active two days in a row. Then we spin around 26 times till we're act the point of vomiting. Then we through 24 darts at the list. If 5 of the darts hit the same name, then volia, that person becomes a mod!

    Actually sweetie, we decide if you're worthy to become a mod. Better off not asking because it decreases your chances.
     
    Ok, I'll close it by request. We pick mods by qualified members that do well in an area that needs a mod at that time. The best thing to do is not come to us, we'll come to you if you meet our requirements.
