4th Gen How are you preparing for the release of HG/SS?

You should have added an "others" options...I prepare by digging Liquid Crystal. I played it once from the beginning till the end, I probably will again in a few days.

Shoot.. I want to replay G/S/C..
But unfortunately I have completely lost Gold.
Crystal's internal battery is DEAD. X_X
And my Silver version was the first of the three that I had.. and the saved file on it is very sentimental to me.. I couldn't possibly restart it and delete all that hard work. >.<


So.. I shall wait patiently. ^.^

So I can accurately compare the games, see what they changed and stuff.

Well, to the best of my knowledge, HG/SS is in the 3D format as well as Platinum, Diamond and Pearl.
They're bringing back many feautures, such as walking with your Pokemon, so I'll probably be alternating
between playing Crystal and Platinum, making it so I can ease into the transition.
Other than that, I'll be playing the Japanese rom when released, browsing the web in search for an
english patch so I can understand some of it, hehe.

Im am trying to beat and get all pokemon in Shiny Gold and Liquid Crystal. Im also trying to get all Johto pokemon onto my platinum version.Im also drawing Ken Sugimori's Johto art and im revamping GSC sprites all while listining to GSC's Route 27, Route 10, Lavender Town, and Viridian Forest music on Youtube.

I'm preparing by playing Gold on my phone using vBoy (and my brother plays Blue so we can trade pokémon). I am just going to Goldenrod City to kill those Team Rocket guys. I have played Gold about 5 times through and one of those is with all 251 pokémon, only Celebi was with Gameshark because I didn't know about that Celebi Egg Glitch-thing... I found Shiny Rattata from Union Cave at the beginning and it's now shiny Raticate. I can't wait any longer! I need HeartGold!!!

PS. Gold is best game ever!!! :D (I don't know if it's going to be second after I get HeartGold.

My friends have become completely Pokemon-obsessed lately. We're even having Pokemon-themed Halloween (with me as Ash). I've become the walking Pokemon encyclopedia. I think this is preparedness enough.

I am, also, debating actually getting the Japanese release of one of the games...I've always wanted to do that.

Well, when i heard about their releases i was sitting in my classroom, and got a detention for shouting out YES!!!!!
But anyway, ive been preparing eggs on my pearl copy to send over to Soulsilver when its out =D
