[Scripting Question] how can i change the player's charset when using an item? ( Essentials 20.1)

    i wamt to make a custom item that works like a mount or a bike
    and like the bike i want it to change player's graphic

    however i don't know how to set this parameter

    or what to change

    i tried using the metadata and editing it but when i choose the graphic it doesn't show up idk why
