3rd Gen How can I continue my Arcoiris ?

The game goes well since the beginning until I got Lapras and go faraway,then I saw a policeman and he doesn't allow me 2 go.When I turn back to the dark cave and use flash to go through it,I found 7 or 8 people on top of the mountain and I stuck there.Even I turn off the game and start from the policeman again,it's still no way to go,plzzzzzzzzz help !!!

Never played it but it might be the end of the beta unless its the full game then it might be a bug.
