    how can i make my profile look like some moderators have it, for example, Gavz has a picture for background!
     
    You can't in your current state. Only staff members, and supporters have the ability to use background images in their profile customization.

    However you can pick colors, and picking the right colors can make a wonderful looking profile. :D
