[Scripting Question] How can I replace the fly and dive hms with items?

I am not someone who likes hms because the game is pretty much forcing you to teach your Pokémon some moves that in battle are quite useless. I already managed to make a surf item thanks to a script I found on this website but I couldn't find anything about fly and dive (which are the only ones I care about; I won't include cutting trees, smashing rocks or moving boulders in my game because I find it lame).
Can anyone reply with a script for fly and dive items for Pokémon Essentials 21.1? I would really appreciate your help (I will give credit in the game).

It's for 20.1 but if you want it for 21.1 someone posted a Mediafire link in the discussion and it works perfectly.
