How desperate are people for cards?

I went to a Target yesterday.
In one of the bathrooms, in the toilet, there were four opened packs of cards. Clogging the toilet.

I was about to take the code cards but I left them.

Would you take them? :D

On a side note, I't amazing that reverse holos split perfectly apart, in layers.

Honestly, I'm not sure it can really be readily quantified. Probably depends on the disposable incomes of the area as well as the individual's level of addiction. In that case it could have been someone stealing the cards in order to try to get rares to pawn off for money for... things.

That's a crazy story! I've never heard of someone doing that, especially leaving the wrapper in the toilet, how dumb. I love the feeling of opening a new pack, ahh... but not on the toilet in a target. lol

A little

I've often thought to myself, if I could travel back in time, I would definitely stop by my old card shop and buy all the pokemon cards. Did not have money as a kid, do have some now (at least a credit card) lol.
