5th Gen how do I catch white kyurem?

I have pokemon W2 from japan and I was catching white kyurem and I could not catch him because of a text box I could not understand because I can't speak in japanese.

Please help me!

You cannot catch him until after you Beat N after you've pretty much completed the game.
