[Scripting Question] How do I change this?

Hi. I'm using EB:DX and Essentials V19. How do I change it so that Brock doesn't give his Geodude the item which boosts his power? Where can I find this script and change it? Thanks!

P.S. The music also changes when the Geodude is surrounded by a red aura. How do I change this too?
