[Tool] How do I get a .narc file from Pokemon HeartGold?

    Hi, I was trying to ROM Hack Pokemon HeartGold, but it said I need a .narc file. How do I get (and what is) a narc file? I have an idea for a hack, but I have no idea how to hack stuff. If it is any help, I'm using the tools "DS Pokemon Editor" and "NarcExplorer2".
