3rd Gen how do i get back to the islands?

    HELP PLZ!!!!!

    after i beat the elite four how do i return to island 1?
     
    Hm hm yes you may but somthing else what is good can happen so listen well. catch 60 pokemon after the elite to get a good poke dex and when you have done that remeber on island one moltress home well the rockets want a challenge so gve them one and you can enter the cave behind them so you can catch a...........GOLD AND SILVER POKEMON CALLED SLUGMA *cheers* well anyway you after go get a plate and the man at island one poke center gives you a rainbow ticket and you have to go to all the island any way you wannado them really.
