How do I improve my team??

My team atm is:


Mew
Charizard
Raichu
Red Gyarados
Dragonair (soon Dragonite!!!)
Snorlax


any tips on like improving my team??? I wish I can "EV" train.. but I have no idea what/how to do that lol so...


oh and I believe 3 of them got Pokerus.. now they're healed.. and I still have Pokerus so I'm gonna infect the rest haha...


any replies would be appreciated!!!


p.s: I'm planning on catching Mewtwo and maybe replacing Raichu with Zapdos once I catch him...
