Question: How do i make cool signatures with links.

They use BB Code for it. You can get a list of all the tags and how they work here.
 
To expand on what Lightning, said you use the little icon that appears when you're making a post, with the globe and paperclip to make a link. To change what the link says, just edit the words in between the things in brackets. So for example, if you wanted the link to your profile, which would normally appear as https://www.pokecommunity.com/members/255978, to say, "My Profile, then the BB Code Link would look like this: [URL="https://www.pokecommunity.com/members/255978"]My Profile[/URL]. This is a pretty cool signature resource as well.
