Where do you get the Pokemon Trainer Card program or how do you make them?

i think you get blank trainer cards and on paint then just copy and paste things on, im not good at explaining XD

This to everyone! We all that amke Trainer Cards use either PSP or Paint! Yes! Paint!
So if ya cant use Paint properly, ask for one in the Request Thread... Oh god...

Each TCard maker chooses the program they are most used to. And if people keep annoying poor Casty with these threads, I think he may blow up. O.o
