How Do I Make Text a Link for My Sig?

    I'm looking to be able to have a simple line of text, and have it so clicking that text would directly send you to that link by opening a new tab. I've seen several people in the Community with this in their own sigs and it has a little question mark thingy next to the mouse, so hopefully that's how it would work out. Help please?
     
    If you mean something like this, then the code for that is "[Title =insert text here] [URL ="https://www.pokecommunity.com/members/305198"]Link to thing.[/URL][/title]

    But without the spaces between the "URL" part and the "Title" part. So it looks like this.

    Link to thing. Of course you can have just text and not a URL too.
