How do i undo the final lock on a opening a pokemons heart?

Go to the Relic Stone in Agate Village and perform the Purification Ritual.
 
^ That. You'll get a fragment of the Relic Stone (or something like that) when you get to Agate that lets you purify your Pokemon when it's their time. Please use the Spin off Q&A thread next time. Thanks.
