Question: How do I use this BB code?

Hey all, I have a question about a certain kind of BB code. It's the one where you have a link, but the link has a 'name'. Ehh, it's like, e.g.: "Click here", and that 'click here' is a link. I know I have this in my signature, but I have no idea how I did it, and I'm just not sure, so I'd really appreciate if someone could explain it to me. I've looked through other threads, to make sure I wouldn't post something that had already been covered somewhere else, but I couldn't find the information I needed, sorry if I maybe overlooked it. Thanks in advance!

You use the URL BB code but put something inside of it.

Of course, you could've just gone to the page where you edit your signature and checked, haha.

Well, that's what I thought, but I used SPAN tags to make it, and I have no idea how I did that, because that's not at all what they are meant for, so that was confusing me, lol.
