I don't understand how people get their pokes to such high levels. Even in the Battle Island/Stark Mountain region, the wild monsters only go up to like what, level 55? When you get into the low 60s with your own team, where do you go to get experience? I can't see how someone could get a Pokemon up to level 100 without fighting thousand and thousands of level 45 Zubats or whatever.

I have to be missing something?

u need to really chill the **** out... its quite ez... just give them 100 rare candies...

^And you need to watch your mouth. You've been warned for spamming.

okay... is this my first warning??? how do i no if i hav multiple warnings??? is this like baseball... 3 strikes = out???

^You can't see your own warnings, and yeah; if you get 3 warnings, you're in for a 2 week ban.

What is your problem? I wasn't flipped out, I just asked whether there was a better place to train higher level pokemon. And giving them 100 candies isn't the answer i was looking for...

i just go through the elite four many times, it makes it easier if you have a higher level pokemon and a lower level one. give the lower level one the exp. share and use the higher level to actually battle. then you can train two pokemon at the same time!

elite four is the only way imo.

in my sapphire i'd beaten them about 600 times..

    with 550 hours play time..

Getting a level 100 Pokemon is not supposed to be easy so yes, you are going to have to fight a lot of battles.

Definately Elite 4, all my transfered pokemon get a boost in exp. cause they've been traded. There in low 80's high 70's and i ussally stcik an exp. share on a weaker pokemon. The two pokemon i use gain 1-3 levels every go through.
Or like in FireRed when the elite 4's pokemon went up ten levels, I spent a good 20 hours in Cerulean cave, so much fun.

Well, I know this is in DP thread but the only level 100 I ever had was Espeon in Crystal. I could never figure out the path to Morty in Ecruteak City so I trained it to level 100 before getting the guide to Crytal.. don't ask.

I don't know how you guys could fight the same people over and over. =P Once is enough for me.

Yeah, I train by defeating the Elite Four over and over again. I have the Lucky Egg to help so I won't have to fight them as much. Plus, you get some spending money when defeating them.

i do the same, just go through the E4 tons of times. It takes a really long time sometimes though, because i've taken down the whole E4 with just my rayquaza loads of times and it's only at lvl 95

Do you think in new games they will have an option to fight wild pokemon into the 70s or 80s? Or even better, maybe get experience from some sort of Trainer Circuit, instead of just BPs?

I doubt that, since the Pokeys are automatically at a preset level like level 50 and 100(unless under).

And if that were to happen, it would be better to have an option of wanting BP or Exp. But it'd be kinda lame getting Experience, because once you're Level 100, it's pointless going though the whole thing because you have all the experience you need.

Never use Rare Candies on something you plan on using in battle, since they do not factor EVs into the gained stats. Do all your EV training first, then pit them against enemy after enemy. The Elite Four are the obvious choice. Me? I use an EXP-boosting code. Makes raising competition Pokemon exponentially easier.

My only Level 100 are my Colosseum team (for Ho-oh)... in my other games, Ruby and Emerald, they are all between 91-94, and in Diamond, all my 5 Pokemon (Empoleon, Luxray, Rapidash, Roserade, and Staraptor) are at Level 76, due to all the training they get for helping me fill my National Dex. I also battle the Pokemon League for money, and have two Lucky Eggs...

None of my pokemon are on lv. 100 but how I get them to gain levels is put 2 pokemon in the day care center turn on some music or the tv, fly to Floaroma Town get on my bike and start riding around the meadow. xD; I have no social life because of that.

Using the Daycare is just as bad as using Rare Candies. No EV factoring.

I only CERTAIN Pokemon train with Exp. Share first, then once they're high leveled enough, I EV train them.
