Using the Daycare is just as bad as using Rare Candies. No EV factoring.

This is nonsense BTW, candies and daycare won't add to your EVs but once EVs are maxed levelling by candies is as good as battling.

edit: And in order to get sufficient candies to level multiple pokes to 100, get yourself a Pickup team. Get a few high-level Linoones and have them in your squad whilst EV training, they'll end up snagging a fair few delicious sweets.

Cant you use all the EV's and then use the rare candies.

no, the candys IGNORE EVs, so you wouldnt gain the benifit of the ev training.

no marcy should be right, cos is you finish your ev training by say lvl 50, then using rare candies to level to 100 makes no difference, cos all the ev's have been used and counted for

Exactly - you don't gain a stat boost per level depending on how you levelled up, rather stats are recalculated on level-up based on level, nature, IVs and EVs. How and when those EVs were obtained is irrelevant.
