How do u make sprites

you can try using paint

first (this is for real newbs i think) you make the spite in a paper to look at how may it be the open your porgram (you can use whatever you want) then make the outlines make an pallet and paint it if you make a another based pokemon (like for a hack you must use exact colors) paint it looking thout his shades being carefull if you want before coloring you imagine it on the colleseum (3D) and like that is better

I use MS Paint for all my sprites. But 'How do u make sprites' is a bit unclear. Do you want to make fusions? Recolors? Customs? Chao's? Revamps?

To make good sprites you should keep practicing in paint, try zooming in it will make it easier to draw shapes than in the full view.
