4th Gen how do u spread pokerus?

    how can i spread pokerus with my infected pokemon to the rest of my party?
     
    Dam...this means you didn't choose me to trade with...
    O-well, just get in some battles with the pokemon you want it spread to while a pokemon with PokeRus already is in your party. Works faster with more PokeRus pokemon.
