Question: How do we make a Hyperlink?

I know this may be the dumbest question ever, and it's probably seriously obvious, but how do we make a Hyperlink?
Like, to change what a link says? I want to give https://www.pokecommunity.com/members/469342 credit for making my Avatar and Profile Picture, but I want the link to say "Yet Another Logical Nerd" (his username), but still lead to https://www.pokecommunity.com/members/469342 when you click on it.
