I need to figure this out. Do you have to have a certain amount of posts or something?

No... all you have to do is go into GO Advanced next to the post quick reply button and scroll down to find file attachments -:

    Attach Files
Valid file extensions: avi bz2 css doc docx flv gif gz htm html ini ips jp2 jpe jpeg jpg m4a mov mp3 mp4 pdf png psd rar rtf sav sgm swf tar tgz txt wav wma xls xml xps zip

When typing to add a reply or when creating a new thread; Just under the text box you will see "Additional Options." In the middle of Additional options is a "Manage Attachments" button, click on that and an pop up window will appear, in the window towards the top will be a "Browse" button. You should know what to do from here: once your done, don't for get to hit upload; and make sure you wait until your upload has finished before closing the window. Then just hit Submit Reply like normal.
