How do you change or get a new friend code?

The only way to do that, is to start a new game.

Other than that, you can't change it.

just hold the keys UP + B + Select. That'll give you the option to restart the game by deleting your save file, which when you make a new game you get a new friend code

There's an easier way: simply connect to Wi-Fi using a different DS. No restarting needed whatsoever ;)
