How do you deal w/nervousness

to be honest, i cant:(i get realy nervouse, ecpecialy when i tell someone that i like how i feel about them, i just cant do it:(

Take a bag of bananas with you and eat one, two, or as many as you can without throwing up. Bananas have a special chemical that calms you down.

I do this before music and dance competitions and it works well for me =]

The best way I am able to deal with nervousness is by thinking about my current obsession, or just completely ignore what is making me nervous.
