Question: How do you get a Bulbasaur on Heart Gold and Soul Silver?

    Please can somone tell me how you get a Bulbasaur on Heart Gold and Soul Silver? It's my Second favourite Pokemon and I really want to get one!
     
    Ask in the HG/SS Help Thread, please. :)
    However, you can get one from Professor Oak after you get all 16 badges and defeat Red, or you can trade over Wi-Fi.
